These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and the SMS/text-messaging program operated by Amy Morris Womens Health Consulting (DBA Cancer Freedom) ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or opting in to our messages, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms are separate from, and additional to, the Program Services Agreement you sign when you enrol in a paid program. If there is a conflict regarding a specific paid program, the signed Program Services Agreement governs that program.

ELIGIBILITY
Our website, programs, and messaging are intended for adults aged 18 or older. By using them you confirm you meet this requirement.
OUR SERVICES
We provide general, non-medical educational programs and supporting content. Details of any paid program, including scope, schedule, access, and payment, are set out in the Program Services Agreement provided at enrolment. Nothing on our website or in our messages is an offer that binds us until enrolment is confirmed.
ENROLMENT AND PAYMENT
Where you enrol in a paid program, fees, payment timing, and refund terms are governed by the Program Services Agreement. Fees are payable in US funds unless otherwise agreed in writing.
SMS / TEXT-MESSAGING TERMS
This section applies to our SMS program and is provided to meet US messaging (A2P 10DLC) and carrier requirements, in addition to applicable Canadian law.
Program description. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Amy Morris Womens Health Consulting (DBA Cancer Freedom) / Cancer Freedom Program. Messages may include program reminders, session confirmations, access links, and related account or support notifications.
Consent. We send messages only to individuals who have given prior express consent. Consent to receive text messages is NOT a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.

INDEMNITY

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration seated in or near Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, in accordance with The Arbitration Act, 1992, except where a signed Program Services Agreement specifies its own dispute-resolution process, in which case that process governs the relevant program.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and, where applicable, the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
GENERAL
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Program Services Agreement, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding their subject matter.
