INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Contact and identity information: name, email address, mailing address, and, where you provide it, mobile phone number.
SMS/messaging information: your mobile number, records of your consent to be messaged (how and when consent was given), and records of messages sent and received, including keyword responses such as STOP and HELP.
Program information: information you provide to participate in a program, and information generated through your participation.
Payment information: processed by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not store full card details.
Website/technical information: usage, device, and cookie data collected through our website (see the Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising section).
Sensitive information. Some information connected with our programs may relate to your health or wellbeing. We treat this information as sensitive and apply a correspondingly high standard of care. We do not provide medical advice, and we collect health-related information only where you choose to share it in connection with a program.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Deliver and administer the programs you enrol in.
Send you the messages you have requested, including reminders, confirmations, session details, access links, and program updates.
Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
Process payments and maintain our records.
Send email communications where you have consented.
Operate, analyse, and improve our website and marketing.
Meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
SMS / TEXT-MESSAGING PROGRAM
This section applies specifically to our SMS program and is provided to meet US messaging (A2P 10DLC) and carrier requirements, as well as our obligations under Canadian law.
Consent: We send SMS messages only to individuals who have provided prior express consent to receive them. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
No sharing of mobile or opt-in data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Service providers: We may share your mobile number with our messaging platform (GoHighLevel), our SMS provider (ClickSend), and the telecom carriers that deliver the messages, solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations. This is the only circumstance in which your number is shared, and it is never shared for those providers' own marketing.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected]. Opt-out requests are honoured promptly.
Consent records: We retain records of your opt-in and opt-out for compliance purposes.
EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS (CASL)
Where you have provided consent, we may send you emails about our programs, content, and offers. Consistent with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), our commercial emails identify us and include a working unsubscribe link. You may withdraw consent at any time using that link or by contacting us. Transactional and service messages, such as enrolment confirmations, may still be sent as needed to deliver a program you have purchased.
COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AND ADVERTISING
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and advertising. This may include analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and advertising pixels (such as the Meta pixel and Google tags) that help us understand website use and measure and target our advertising. These tools may set their own cookies and collect device and usage data subject to their own privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where required we will present a cookie notice or consent banner. Disabling cookies may affect some site features.
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
We do NOT sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties.
We may disclose personal information only:
To service providers who help us operate, and only so they can perform services for us under confidentiality obligations. These include GoHighLevel (CRM, landing pages, and messaging), Stripe (payment processing), Trainerize (program delivery and client management), Zoom (hosting live program sessions), Zapier (connecting our tools and automating workflows), and Kit (email communications).
Where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
To protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of others.
In connection with a business reorganization, merger, or sale, subject to this policy.
As noted in the SMS section, mobile numbers and SMS opt-in and consent data are excluded from any sharing for third-party marketing purposes.
CROSS-BORDER PROCESSING
We are based in Canada and some of our service providers, including messaging, payment, and advertising providers, may store or process information in the United States or other countries. Where information is processed outside Canada, it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected consistent with this policy.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, disclosure, or use. Access is limited to those who need it to perform their role. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
DATA BREACH NOTIFICATION
In the event of a breach of security safeguards involving your personal information that poses a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law, and take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact.
RETENTION
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to provide our services, and to meet legal, tax, and compliance obligations, including retention of SMS consent records, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

Consistent with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to:

Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
Withdraw consent (including SMS and email consent) at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.
Ask questions or make a complaint about how we handle your information.

YOUR RIGHTS (UNITED STATES)
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to know what personal information we collect, to request access or deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as defined by applicable US state privacy laws. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our programs and messaging are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
