A lifter or team can qualify for amazing prizes if you show then some support

This year we are once again bringing back the TEAM PRIZE! The FIRST 5 teams who register and raise $3,500 CAD in donations will receive a set of pink bumper plates (160 lb set).  More details coming soon. 

Pledges or donations must be received by Deadlift 4 Cancer to qualify. Estimated delivery date of prizes will be early 2023. 

Specific rules will vary depending on the location so please contact the local organizer for more details.

Here’s your chance to lift in Deadlift 4 Cancer from anywhere in the world (including your home!)

1) Register to lift through the Deadlift 4 Cancer website

2) Complete your deadlift anytime between October 1-31, 2022 @ 11:59 PM CST

3) Post a video or photo of your deadlift on social media and hashtag #Deadlift4Cancer

**NOTE: You can complete as many attempts as you like and post as many videos as you like!

Anyone!  There are no restrictions.  This is a family fun event.  Every age and every ability level is welcome.

Equipment - Use whatever you like!  Straps, suit, belt, nothing at all - Doesn't matter to us.
